The purpose of the UMASDA, Inc. (a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization) is to provide a recognizable brand identity and house select Research and Development groups that fall within the guidelines specified within the UMASDA Organization Bylaws. All branch divisions will report to the corporate leadership team at specified intervals to be determined, as each branch becomes part of the Organization. The structure of each branch of R&D must meet with the expectations of an educational infrastructure.
